Metro Storage LLC is committed to providing employees with affordable, comprehensive insurance coverage. Benefits are available to full-time employees on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Medical Insurance
BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois is our health insurance carrier. BlueCross BlueShield has an excellent reputation for service and providers available throughout the country. Health insurance coverage includes low in-network physician office visit copays, prescription drug benefits, a vision discount program, plus numerous other medical benefits including low deductibles and out-of-pocket expense limits.

Dental Insurance
MetLife Dental is our dental provider. Benefits include preventive services, plus other services including emergency services and orthodontics.

Group Life Insurance
Metro Storage LLC provides every full-time employee with a group life insurance policy in the amount of $20,000. There is no cost to the employee for this benefit.

Long Term Disability
Full-time employees may enroll in a Long Term Disability plan. Long Term Disability Insurance insures an employee’s salary in case of a disability that lasts more than 90 days. The paid benefit is 60% of monthly salary.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Full-time employees have the option to participate in pre-tax flexible spending accounts (FSA). This is great way to save tax dollars and plan for expected medical and dependent care expenses.

Retirement Plan
Full-time and Part-time employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) and/or the Roth 401 (k) plan on the first of the quarter following 90 days of employment. Employees may contribute from 1% to 15% of annual salary. Wide ranges of investment options are available.

Paid Time Of
Full-time employees with up to 5 years of service earn and accrue 16 PTO days per 12-month period. After 5 years of service, employees earn and accrue 21 days of PTO per 12-month period.

Holiday Pay
Metro Storage LLC observes 7 paid holidays annually.
