LAKE BLUFF, IL April 27, 2007 Metro Storage LLC recently acquired A-1 Shelters Self Storage, located in Fort Myers, Florida, from a local self storage developer/operator. The institutional-quality asset is located on US 41 and contains 78,000 square feet of regular and climate controlled self storage product. The Company now operates three self storage facilities in the Fort Myers market. 

 

The newly acquired store will be operated under the companys trademarked Metro Self Storage brand name. Metro operates over 45 locations throughout Illinois, Florida and Georgia, including 15 locations in the Florida market.
