Chicago, IL - Metro Storage LLC recently signed a property management agreement with Harrison/Jefferson Holdings, LLC, a joint venture subsidiary of Joseph Freed & Associates LLC and Wynn & Associates, to provide professional property management services for a new self storage development in Chicago. The state of the art facility will offer over 100,000 square feet of climate controlled storage space and in-door parking. The facility is located at 601 W. Harrison Street in Chicago, and is projected to open in April 2007 as a Metro Self Storage® location

 

The new Metro Self Storage facility features modern storage design in a newly converted facility. The facility offers indoor, drive-thru climate controlled self storage. It features covered, drive-in loading and unloading areas and in-door parking for customers. The professionally managed facility offers enhanced security features including 24-hour video surveillance, computerized access, and security cameras in addition to a complete array of moving boxes, moving supplies, postal and mailing supplies.
