LAKE FOREST, IL August 9, 2007 – In separate recent transactions, Metro Storage LLC recently acquired Lock N Key Storage in Port Charlotte, Florida and Gateway Mini Storage in Pinellas Park, Florida. These institutional-quality properties contain 120,000 square feet of regular and climate controlled self storage product. The new Metro Self Storage facilities will feature superior customer amenities, enhanced security features, 24-hour video surveillance, controlled access, and security cameras in addition to a complete array of moving boxes and moving supplies.
