LAKE FOREST, IL November 1, 2007 –Metro Storage LLC recently acquired Noah’s Ark Self Storage in Tampa, Florida. The newly-constructed, institutional-quality property contains 63,000 square feet of regular and climate controlled self storage product. The new Metro Self Storage facility will feature superior customer amenities, enhanced security features, 24-hour video surveillance, controlled access, and security cameras in addition to a complete array of moving boxes and moving supplies.
The newly acquired store will be operated under the company’s trademarked Metro Self Storage® brand name. Metro operates over 50 locations, totalling 3,000,000 square feet, throughout Illinois, Florida and Georgia and now operates 14 self storage facilities in the Tampa Bay market.
