Metro Self Storage aquires two more Atlanta, GA self storage sites

Metro Storage LLC recently acquired the two-store First Storage portfolio, located in Atlanta, Georgia. The institutional-quality portfolio contains 122,000 square feet of regular and climate controlled self storage product. The new Metro Self Storage facilities will feature modern storage design, superior customer amenities, enhanced security features, 24-hour video surveillance, controlled access, individually alarmed units and security cameras in addition to a complete array of moving boxes and moving supplies.
The newly acquired stores will be operated under the company’s trademarked Metro Self Storage brand name. Metro operates over 45 locations throughout Illinois, Florida and Georgia and now operates nine self storage facilities in the Atlanta market, including its newest acquisitions in Dunwoody/Sandy Springs, and Roswell.
