Metro Storage developed it’s own proprietary Customer Relationship Management "CRM" program, which we call the Lead Management System.
Lead Management System captures all incoming leads from all potential sources: Call Center, website, Internet Yellow Pages, store level walk-ins and phone inquiries. The system collects key customer data, including customer name, phone number, email address, desired unit size and approximate date of move-in. When a lead enters the system our store level managers are notified and instantly follow-up on the customer inquiry.
Metro's integrated system ensures that every customer inquiry is responded to quickly, resulting in an outstanding close ratio.
